100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD | हेल्दी गेहूँ के आटे का ब्रेड घर पर बनायें | MULTIGRAIN BREAD

हेल्दी गेहूँ के आटे का ब्रेड घर पर बनायें, brown bread recipe, how to make bread at home, best bread recipe, bread recipe, easy bread recipe, wheat bread recipe, No Fail Bread Recipe, No Fail Bread Recipe, Multigrain bread, Merirasoyi

Ingredients:-

Whole Wheat flour - 2 cups
Oats- 1/2 cup
Mixed seeds- 2tsp
Dry active yeast - 2 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Honey - 2 tsp

Method:-
1. In a bowl take the wheat flour and make a well in it. To this add, instant dry yeast, honey, salt, sugar, mixed seeds, coconut oil baking soda, lukewarm water and mix it well.
2. Now add more water and form a dough.
3. Knead the dough for around 10 minutes.
4. Once the dough is ready, round it up as shown in the video and place it in a well-greased mould. Cover the bowl with plastic wrapper and keep it aside for 5-6 hours
5. After 5-6 hours the dough doubles in size take it out.
6. Brush the top of the loaf with a mixture of milk.
7. Bake in a preheated Air fryer at 180°C for around 10 minutes. First One side bake for 25 minutes and after second side 15 minutes. After 40 minutes it take out.
8. Once the bread is out of the Air fryer brush melted butter on top.
9. Let it cool down to room temperature and slice it only after 4-5 hours.

Our healthy and delicious 😋 whole wheat bread is ready to eat.

Ingredients For Oats Cookies:-

1 bowl oats
dark chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons mixberries
2-3 tablespoon mix seeds
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 spoon of vanilla
2 banana
1 cup dates
Coconut 1/4 cup

1- Grind oats in two varient like in video, add seeds and mix berries (cut in small pieces), mix them well
2- Take two banana, one small bowl dated and some coconut n make a paste of them.
3- Add above paste in mix flour and makes a dough using 3 spoon of honey, 2 spoon of coconut oil and 2 spoon of vanila.
4- when dough is ready then make round round cookies and put them in air fryer for 10 minutes on 180 degrees and then turn the cookies in another side and again put them for 10 minutes.

Now your oats cookies is ready to eat so enjoy with green tea.
