The child was engaged in a **wheelbarrow position activity** as part of a structured pediatric therapy session. In this activity, the therapist supported the child’s lower limbs while the child used their hands to walk forward.

**Therapeutic goals:**

* Improve **weight-bearing through the hands**
* Develop **balance and coordination**
* Enhance **motor planning and bilateral coordination**
* Provide proprioceptive input to support **body awareness and regulation**

The activity was performed according to the child’s tolerance and abilities, with appropriate therapist support and close supervision. Progression can be made gradually by increasing the distance or duration as appropriate.
