कोविड 19 बहुत तेज़ी और आसानी से फैल जाता है. यही वजह है कि यह बहुत ख़तरनाक बीमारी की शक्ल ले चुका है. बाकी फ़्लू या बीमारियों की तुलना में कोविड 19 के फैलने की रफ़्तार काफी तेज़ है. इसके साथ ही यह ऐसा वायरस है जिससे संक्रमित होने के बाद कई बार लक्षण भी नहीं दिखाई देते या काफी दिनों बाद दिखाई देते हैं. इस वजह से भी यह वायरस अंजाने में एक शख़्स से दूसरे तक फैल जाता है.

पटना में कोरोना संक्रमितों की बढ़ती संख्या ने चिकित्सकों और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आला अधिकारियों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है. एक ओर जहां राज्य में कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या घट रही है तो वहीं पटना में दूसरी तरफ संक्रमितों का आंकड़ा रोज बढ़ रहा है.
मृतकों की संख्या भी लगातार बढ़ रही है. एम्स, एनएमसीएच और पीएमसीएच को मिला कर पिछले सात दिनों में कोरोना से 40 लोगों की मौत हो गई है. वहीं हर दिन पटना में 200 से अधिक संक्रमित मिल रहे हैं.
पिछले सात दिनों में पटना में 1875 कोरोना संक्रमित मिल चुके हैं. पटना में बढ़ रही कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या को लेकर स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रधान सचिव प्रत्यय अमृत ने भी चिंता जताई है.
संक्रमितों की बढ़ती संख्या के कारण स्वास्थ्य होने वाले मरीजों की संख्या के प्रतिशत में भी पटना पिछड़ता जा रहा है. राज्य में कोरोना रिकवरी रेट 94.21 प्रतिशत है तो वहीं पटना में 91 फीसदी पर आ गया है.

I am saddened beyond words. There is a void in our nation that will perhaps never be filled. Shri Ram Vilas Paswan Ji’s demise is a personal loss. I have lost a friend, valued colleague and someone who was extremely passionate to ensure every poor person leads a life of dignity.

Shri Ram Vilas Paswan Ji rose in politics through hard work and determination. As a young leader, he resisted tyranny and the assault on our democracy during the Emergency. He was an outstanding Parliamentarian and Minister, making lasting contributions in several policy areas.

Working together, shoulder to shoulder with Paswan Ji has been an incredible experience. His interventions during Cabinet Meetings were insightful. From political wisdom, statesmanship to governance issues, he was brilliant. Condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti.
