Hiring: Area Manager - LM Ops
Base Location: Muzaffarpur (Candidate should be flexible for anywhere in Bihar)
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in
LM Ops or Business Development.
Skills: Strong command over MS Excel - Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards Operations: Hands-on experience in managing rider fleet, OFD, RTO, CPD, Shrinkage Leadership: Ability to Manage Team.
Education: Graduate preferred
Key Responsibilities: Actively available for assigned area and drive all last mile metrics. Daily floor clearance, dashboard monitoring, breach control, rider hiring, training, attendance & performance management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: WH, SC, CS, handle escalations, ensure SOP compliance & safety norms.
