🏨 होटल और पार्क बनाने वालों के लिए नीतीश सरकार की बड़ी सौगात सामने आई है!

🎡 बिहार के हर जिले में स्टार रेटिंग होटल, एम्यूजमेंट पार्क और रोडसाइड टूरिस्ट फैसिलिटी विकसित की जाएगी.

💰 टूरिज्म पॉलिसी के तहत निजी उद्यमियों को 30% तक फाइनेंशियल सपोर्ट दिया जा रहा है.

📈 सरकार चाहती है कि पर्यटन सेक्टर में ज्यादा निवेश हो और सुविधाएं और बेहतर बनें.

👨‍💼 यह जानकारी पर्यटन सचिव निलेश रामचंद्र देवरे ने दी है.

💻 मुख्य सचिवालय स्थित पर्यटन विभाग कार्यालय में ऑनलाइन बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने उद्यमियों को संबोधित किया है.

👥 इस मीटिंग में बिहार के अलग-अलग जिलों से जुड़े कुल 21 उद्यमी शामिल हुए हैं.

📋 पर्यटन सचिव ने सभी उद्यमियों से एक-एक कर बातचीत कर प्रोजेक्ट्स की प्रगति की समीक्षा की है.

✅ जिन उद्यमियों को पहले चरण की स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है, उनसे दूसरे चरण की वित्तीय स्वीकृति के लिए आवेदन करने को कहा गया है.

⏳ ताकि प्रोजेक्ट समय पर पूरे हों और किसी तरह की रुकावट न आए.

🏦 पर्यटन सचिव ने बैंकों से लोन मिलने में देरी पर भी चिंता जताई है.

📌 उन्होंने कहा कि अगर लोन स्वीकृति में अनावश्यक अड़चन हो तो विभाग को तुरंत जानकारी दें.

🤝 पर्यटन विभाग बैंकों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक कर लोन प्रक्रिया में मदद करेगा.

🎯 विभाग का लक्ष्य है कि हर जिले में पर्यटकों के लिए आधुनिक और जरूरी सुविधाएं तैयार हों.

🧳 इससे घरेलू और बाहरी पर्यटकों की संख्या बढ़ने की उम्मीद है.

📢 उद्यमियों से कहा गया है कि वे अपने इष्ट-मित्रों को भी पर्यटन नीति में निवेश के लिए प्रेरित करें!

क्या आप जानते हैं? बिहार में भी एक 'नेपाली पैगोडा' मंदिर है! 🇳🇵🇮🇳
वाराणसी के नेपाली मंदिर के बारे में तो सब जानते हैं, लेकिन हाजीपुर (वैशाली) में गंगा-गंडक के किनारे बसा यह 'नेपाली छावनी मंदिर' एक छिपा हुआ खज़ाना है।
इसे नेपाल के कमांडर-इन-चीफ मातबर सिंह थापा ने बनवाया था। इसकी लकड़ी की नक्काशी (Wood Carving) और वास्तुकला बेजोड़ है। फोटो में दिख रहा यह 'टुंडाल' (Strut) नेवारी कला का अद्भुत नमूना है।
दुख की बात है कि संरक्षण (Maintenance) न होने के कारण इसकी हालत अब बहुत खराब है। यह बिहार की धरोहर है, इसे बचाना ज़रूरी है।
आइए, अपनी विरासत को पहचानें और दुनिया को दिखाएं। 🌍
