Five Tips for Thyroid Patients
1. Maintain a Balanced Diet

Regular blood tests to check your thyroid hormone levels (TSH, T3, and T4) are crucial. This helps your doctor adjust your medication dosage if needed and ensures your thyroid levels are under control.
4. Stay Physically Active
