Kamz Kreationz management is posting this to inform all old, new or any upcoming artists about certain rules & protocols which will be followed by all from now onwards.
We at Kamz Kreationz lay emphasis on artist safety, women safety, decent behavior & staying with the company for long & display your actual talent and getting immense opportunities.
However, due to non professional behaviours of certain artists we are posting certain points & all artists have to follow them otherwise there will be legal consequences for it.
1. All artists are expected to be open & clear about how much time they can devote to the company, film and management work.
2. All artists will need to sign a contract either exclusive contract or non exclusive contract which depends upon the artist.
3. Once the making of a film or series is started, no artist is allowed to just step back without prior permission. Even if the role has to be changed or ended, the artist must come for shoot atleast to end the role for few days, otherwise there will be *legal consequences regarding that. Be prepared to pay the damages and compensation for the entire project which was started. Kamz Kreationz will also inform Indian Film producer’s association and get such artist banned for working in any future Indian films.*
4. Management is very particular about good behavior, manners, decency & following code of conducts. Hence, it will depends upon managements decision who will stay in a long run with the company. Your behavior, nature & good vibes matters a lots to us.
5. All old artists will be second in command & will act as second management for which the owner will decide & distribute responsibilities accordingly.
6. No new artists is either allowed to share their personal contacts with anyone during the shoot till the management approves.
7. Also Note that all artists will be given further work in other series, songs, films, short film etc. until management is convinced about behavior & decency & your loyalty of the artist towards the company.
8. Anyone who breaks the rules, management & old team members can be asked to delete or unfollow all your accounts & no contact is allowed with the person who leaves the company & links with the management.
9. Those artists who wishes to grow & work with Kamz Kreationz will be given all guidance & further work.
10 These rules applies to all artists, management, producers and film companies too.
