4. **Scheduling:** Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and coverage of important events.
5. **Analytics:** Monitor and analyze the performance of posts, using insights to optimize content strategy and reach.
**Qualifications:**
- A passion for your city and a strong interest in local news and events.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Facebook and social media management tools.
- Creative thinking and an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage a content calendar.
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.
