Breaking the Silence takes us inside Enfold's work supporting survivors of abuse — the advocates, counselors, and systems built to help someone move from silence to safety.

These aren't easy stories to hear. But they're necessary ones. Every conversation we film is a reminder of how much strength it takes to speak, and how much support matters when someone finally does.

This is one part of the larger story we're telling in our upcoming documentary, Breaking the Silence.

While travelling with the Karsha nuns from Zanskar in the far north of India to Auroville in the south, we spent a night in a simple guesthouse in Manali, sharing basic rooms along the way.

This image captures one of the most memorable moments of the journey. Despite being far from home, the nuns gathered together in their room to continue their daily prayers, meditation, and chanting. Sitting shoulder to shoulder on the beds, they transformed an ordinary space into one of peace, devotion, and presence.

It was a beautiful reminder that spiritual practice isn't defined by a place, but by the intention you carry within you. Being invited to quietly witness this intimate moment was a privilege we'll never forget.

These are the kinds of authentic, behind-the-scenes moments that make up the heart of our Karsha Nuns documentary, which is now in post-production.
