Srinagar, October 2025: Hon’ble Chief Minister Jenab Omar Abdullah felicitated Principal Dr. Rani Mughal during the Valedictory Session of the NEP Conclave 2025, organised by the Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, at Amar Singh College, Srinagar.

The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries and eminent educationists, including Mohtarma Sakina Itoo (Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Jammu and Kashmir); Jenab Nasir Aslam Wani (Advisor to the Chief Minister); Shri Shantmanu (Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education Department); Prof. Dinesh Singh (Vice-Chairman, J&K Higher Education Council); Prof. Umesh Rai (Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu); Prof. K.
