The Ayurvedic beauty is a simple approach towards many life imbalances, experienced through the changing phases of a Woman’s life❤️
Across the globe, women embody giving, unconditional love, strength and the emergence of life: all of us take birth on MotherEarth, through a woman❤️
Throughout a woman’s life, her organism is challenged by numerous hormonal changes during puberty and pregnancy, after childbirth and during menopause to a much greater extent than a man’s body, which moves through the phases of life more evenly❤️
Modern women have embraced the attitude of no fear working alongside men as their equal, without losing their femininity and the cultivation of her feminine qualities of grace and poise❤️
Ayurveda’s unique secrets to enhance a Woman’s life, through her changing phases:
Nidra - Sleep
Ayurveda highlights sleep as one of the important pillars - Upastambha Trayaa, that sustains life❤️
Nidra - sleep is important as Ahara - food, which falls under unsurpassable urge- Adharniya Vega, if sleep is suppressed, then this is the manifestation of disease in the human body❤️
Having a good duration of Nidra - sleep at the right times supports physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing, whilst protecting growth and development of the body - Dhatu Pushti, also increases learning capacity - Gyan❤️
Oja - immune system, relies on sleep to protect the body from illnesses, as on going sleep deprivation affects the body as nervous tension, which increases the risk for some chronic health problems❤️
Ayurvedic explains the importance of Nidra - sleep:
* Nidra Viparyaya - improper sleep
* Prajagaran - whole night awaking
* Divaswapna - daysleep
Western lifestyle choices increases the risk of modern day diseases like Sthoulya - Obesity caused by weight gain, which is the breeding ground of Madhumeha - Dibetes mellitus type 2 and many other conditions, which are due to sleep deprivation❤️
Try to achieve Nidra - sleep no later than 9 to 10pm, to heal and rejuvenate, inside out, to discover that inner calm❤️
Tongue Scraper
The practice of using a curved copper scraper, to scrape the tongue which has remarkable benefits to improve and sustain good oral health❤️
Tongue scraping removes harmful bacteria, that the lymphatic system is unable to remove from the body as you sleep, by reducing bad breath and improving the sensitivity of your taste buds❤️
Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is a detoxification practice for cleaning the teeth, gums, the cavities and naturally brightening of the teeth for good oral health, without the use of the harmful chemical fluoride❤️
Oil pulling is done first thing in the morning, after tongue scraping, for 20 minutes swishing a natural oil in your mouth (organic coconut or sesame) and spit out the newly white substance❤️

Jala Neti
Jala Neti is a nasal cleansing practice, one of the ShatKramas - Six major cleansing practices, using a small copper teapot, a vital function in preserving health by removing toxins, pollution, and allergens from the nostrils & sinuses, which prevents from entering your body❤️
Use of the neti pot to flush saline water up each nostril, helping to flush out excess mucus and impurities, allowing deeper breathing and relieving the symptoms of allergies and colds❤️
Eating lighter meals
To improve digestion and the quality of sleep, Ayurveda recommends to eat the last meal before 7pm, so that the process of digestion is completed before bedtime
and allowing a 16 hours break from your last meal to breakfast❤️
Ayurveda recommends eating fresh, seasonal and local food for the ideal diet, based on your specific Doshas❤️
Maintain one’s internal balance by eating in tune with the seasons and your environment- and by eating warm, fresh and organic meals❤️

Yoga & Ayurveda is a spiritual pathway to remove accumulated karma and reach librations through the practise of Meditation❤️
