A Journey of 15 Years. A Dream Becoming Reality🌿

Around 15 years ago, Udyogprerana had the privilege of guiding the formation of one of the first Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) in Arunachal Pradesh, at Wakro village, Lohit district. This is one of the most difficult area of NER.

The hardworking farmers of the Mishmi community came together with a shared vision—to cultivate organic ginger, turmeric, and green tea, creating sustainable livelihoods while preserving their rich natural heritage.

A few years later, they took another bold step into value addition through dehydration technology. Today, witnessing the expansion of their dehydration plant is an emotional and proud milestone for all of us.

This achievement reflects what is possible when visionary leadership, community participation, and perseverance come together.

We are deeply honoured that this journey was nurtured under the *mentorship of Mr. Atul Mardikar, MD, Udyogprerana*, whose vision for rural agro-processing and value addition inspired this transformation.

A special salute to Mr. & Mrs. Ama, whose vision - is rural poor tribal upliftment and sustainability. Their selfless dedication, unwavering commitment, and tireless efforts strengthened this initiative and made it a sustainable success story.

This is more than the expansion of a processing plant—it is the expansion of opportunities, farmer incomes, local entrepreneurship, and confidence leading to *Stronger Rural economy*

We remain committed to empowering farmer groups across India through technology, knowledge, and sustainable value addition.

Every successful agro-processing unit is a step towards a stronger rural economy. 🌱
