Everyone thought I was crazy for leaving my stable office job. Air conditioning, steady paycheck, predictable days β I traded it all for muddy boots and sunrise alarms. The first few months were rough. I questioned myself more than once while fixing fences and learning how to handle a herd twice my size.
But somewhere between the early mornings and quiet sunsets, I realized I wasnβt chasing comfort anymore β I was chasing freedom. Now this pasture is my workplace, these cows are my responsibility, and every long day is building something thatβs actually mine. Turns out the life that scared me the most became the one Iβm proudest to live. π
