This means that if swars are written randomly in Dadra Taal, you should be able to read and sing them correctly in rhythm and meter. That is when we can say that you have developed command over your swars.

If you pay attention to this, you will be able to distribute any alankar in any taal easily, without disturbing the pattern of the alankar or the weight of the taal.
