You know you’ve struck gold… when the meat juices kiss the fire.

Street food in India — especially during the holy month of Ramadan in Pune — just hits different.
It’s legit. It’s flavour-packed. It’s affordable. It’s legendary.

These little beef and chicken skewers on the streets? Absolutely relentless in taste — smoky, juicy, and straight off the grill.

All this for just ₹70 😳🤷‍♂️

Chicken sizzler meets wasabi mash… and cheesy corn seals the deal.

This place genuinely surprised me.

A dish we’ve eaten countless times in our lives arrived reinvented — elevated, creative, and with a bold fusion twist on the classic sizzler.

Chicken — creamy, juicy, cooked to perfection. Absolutely sublime.

Sautéed veggies — fresh, vibrant, perfectly done, with a great mix and natural juiciness.

Mashed potatoes — served inside a bell pepper and infused with wasabi. The texture, the aroma, the kick — it elevated the entire experience. Very intelligent ex*****on.

Corn — a unique blend of corn and cheese on the side. Comforting, indulgent, and mesmerising.
French fries — that simple addition on the plate just sealed the deal.

House sauce — a blend of mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sounds simple, right? But iconically wow. Not overpowering — just perfectly balanced and gentle across the entire plate.

Oh man.

We all want to be heard, but not for our personal gain. That’s not why we do what we try to do. We do to amplify the voices of the people.

Me: I’m not hungry 🤷‍♂️Afghan bread: interesting! 😒

It’s been a long break. I couldn’t do much, weighed down by the atrocities unfolding in Iran—where peaceful, beautiful Persian people suffer under evil authorities.

Today felt right to show support where it matters.
This Afghani baker has been quietly winning hearts in NIBM, Pune—lovingly known as Roti Point.

Amazingly fresh. Deeply cultural. Food with history, warmth, and soul.
Enough said.

You think you know.
But, you don’t know.

You act like you know.
But, you don’t know.

The trauma and heartbreak is real.

Chinese so good it should be illegal 😮‍🔥

The chef completely surprised me with this plate. I asked him to serve whatever he wished—and what he brought out was pure magic.

Kung Pao Chicken 🥢🔥

A classic Sichuan dish made with diced chicken, cashew nuts, dried red chilies, and a bold, savory-spicy sauce. It’s famous for its perfect balance of heat, sweetness, tang, and crunch.

Absolutely amazing—and yes, it paired perfectly with a little drinkie-winkie 😉🍸

🌶️ Fusion Dosa just rewired my taste buds.

We all know dosa.
We’ve all eaten dosa.

It’s great on the street and just as good in fine-dining restaurants.

But how often have you tried a creative fusion dosa that actually surprises you?

Be honest — how many times?

We Indians are the OGs of great dosa. 🔥

Food Junction—in one word—has a vibe.

It’s a supermarket in Pune, but not the usual kind. The kind that actually makes you want to pick something up.

This Kharadi, Pune branch even stocks a solid range of liquor—and some genuinely cool finds too.

Loved it. 🙌

Have you EVER seen a Kite attack in a local meat market! This is been going on for over 125 years!!

This local meat (beef) market, known as Shivaji Market in Pune, has been feeding these shaheens for over 125 years.

The waste is thrown outside the shops, attracting the circling birds to come and feast.

As you can see, some of them are incredibly healthy and very, very large. I

have even seen them sn**ch meat bags straight from people’s hands.

Such is the wonder of life.
