ICAR-CIPHET Industry Interface Fair on Agro-Processing (CIPHET IIFA) & KISAN MELA celebrated their 35th Foundation Day with a bang! The event, held from 3-5 October 2023 at ICAR-CIPHET, PAU Campus, Ludhiana, was a grand success.

The gala programme included a range of events such as showcasing of processing equipment, processed products, live machine demonstrations, Kisan Goshthi, business promotion, start-up promotion, seminars on hygiene in food industries, bank guidance, instant healthy food preparation competition, session on fibre (textile) based technology, award distribution, cultural programs, and more.

Our Director, Dr. S.K. Shukla, and team, Dr. D.M. Kadam, Dr. A.K. Bharimalla, D. P. Jagajanantha, and Ms. Prachi Dhumal Mhatre, closely interacted with industry stakeholders. The event glimpses of showcasing ICAR-CIRCOT Technologies to the participants.
