Subah 6 baje uthti hoon.
Baby ka diaper check karo.
Milk ka timing yaad rakho.
Uska mood dekho — teeth aa rahe hain kya, ya bas neend poori nahi hui.

Fir din shuru hota hai —
Doctor ka appointment reschedule karna hai.
Ghar mein snacks khatam ho rahe hain, list banani hai.
Uske kapde chhote ho gaye — naye order karne hain.
Aaj uska favorite toy dhoondhna hai kyunki uske bina woh sota nahi.

Ye sab kaam koi dikhta nahi.
Koi calendar nahi hai jahan ye likha ho.
Ye sab mere dimaag mein chal raha hai — 24 ghante, bina rukے.

Log poochte hain, “itna tired kyun ho, tumne aaj kiya hi kya?”

Aur main soch mein pad jaati hoon — kaise bataun ki maine aaj kisi cheez ko “kiya” nahi, maine 50 cheezein “yaad rakhi”, “plan ki”, “manage ki”.

Ye hi hai mental load.

Ye baby ka rona nahi hai jo sabse zyada thakaata hai.
Ye woh invisible list hai jo hum akele carry karte hain — bina kisi recognition ke, bina kisi “thank you” ke.

Agar ye tumhe bhi feel hota hai — akeli nahi ho tum.
