AWS and Salesforce have expanded their collaboration to help businesses streamline operations and improve productivity with AI.
The integration brings Salesforce business context into Amazon Quick, giving teams access to CRM data such as pipeline health, account summaries, and service cases without switching platforms. It also allows AWS frontier agents to work inside communication tools like Slack, so teams can respond faster while staying in their workflow.
The collaboration also expands zero-copy data access, allowing businesses to use Salesforce data without duplicating it or changing existing security and governance protocols. Salesforce Clouds are now available in AWS Marketplace across 33 countries, with eligible AWS spend commitments able to apply toward Salesforce products.
How could this type of integration change daily work for small businesses?
