How To Manage Your Time - Seneca (Stoicism)
Tip - 01: Treat Time as a Commodity
People are frugal in the case of wealth, money, resources, and commodities. But they waste time. So treat time as a commodity. It is a nonrenewable source. It is the most valuable thing. Seneca points out that people fiercely protect their wealth but are careless with their time. Yet, unlike money, time once lost is never regained. Managing your time begins with valuing it — saying no to what doesn’t serve your growth, and yes only to what aligns with your purpose." If someone throws money on the road, do you think he's crazy? Time wasters are also crazy! Our time is uncertain, and it can't be recreated once it has been lost.
To realize the value of
