Raadhika Dosa & Robin D'Cruz are reputed line- producers, casting directors, and location scouts/managers for TV commercials, feature films and all visual media. Robin is also a free-lance line producer, has worked with Ad film production houses such as Highlight Films, Mad entertainment, Good Morning Films,Nirvana, Footcandles etc . When he's not hot-wired into a computer, Robin can be found mobi

lizing people on location or scouring the countryside for the next undiscovered location! Raadhika started as a Production assistant 13 years ago on the memorable "OSanam" Lucky Ali video and got hooked to film-making. Since then she has cast for foreign commercials such as Kashi cereals, french feature Hypercondriaque (Goa), A Mighty Heart (Pune), as well as having worked as local Production Assistant for Angelina Jolie. When they work on a film together, Robin & Raadhika definitely make magic happen!!

5 am, November 2020: I brave the freezing harud pre-dawn on Dal Lake to climb into a lone shikara from our houseboat. My boatman serenades me, his mournful voice soaring over the endless waters as we glide onward. The sun has still not peeped out from behind the Zabarwans looming in the distance, but when it finally does, the first rays of light gently set the lake ablaze, dancing through misty backwaters as we reach the famous floating market....
