Didi & I Tried Making Perfect Ukadiche Modak for the First Time! 🥹 | ft. Shilpa Ji
Ganpati Bappa is almost here, and this time Didi and I wanted to learn something really special — how to make the perfect Ukadiche Modak from scratch. ❤️🙏
I have always believed that when we prepare something for Bappa, it isn’t just about following a recipe. There is so much emotion attached to it. The time we spend making it, the little imperfections, the effort and, most importantly, the love with which it is made — that’s what makes the offering truly special. 🌺
And since I am a first-timer myself, we thought — why not learn it properly and take you all along with us?
So in today’s Just Me & My Didi vlog, Didi and I attended our very own Ukadiche Modak Masterclass with Shilpa Ji, where we learnt everything from preparing the perfect soft ukad and making that delicious coconut-jaggery filling to shaping those beautiful petals and finally steaming our modaks. 🥟❤️
