Few days more Media/News coverage are comming for rennovation of Congress in Odisha. A great Samudra Manthan is taking place. Other side now entire congress has become one NGO. Now Congress needs NGO management vigor basis politics. The resources and consolidations before congress trust are gradually decreasing. After loss of Punjab congress has lost too. In such consequences common minimum program is only political agenda for congress which was ethos of late Rajiv Gandhi. But the fight for NGO leadership has become competition in congress. Critics say only NGO leadership and transparent public private participation can strengthen and innovative congress. But who is that NGO leader time waits to see.

A politician and a public officer must have own NGO. There is need to show citizen chatter. A politician or a public officer what ever it may be but always runs with listed public limited company and with listed debenture trust. After 1996 it has become necessary. Private properties consolidation and public consolidations of own voters own supporters lays. Similarly a public officer and a politician always deals two types of capital one is sanctions economics and other one is welfare sanctions. For the consolidations purpose it's necessary remains. So those who are criticising that a politician is doing his /her own NGO such is fakeless instrument. A ordinary people gets from government with pledge which always under IT commissionor ''s jurisdiction. Government moves trust to trust. Other things are parental leadership , team leadership and NGO leadership.

Parliamentarian Aparajita Sarangi said at Puri entry point why government is afraiding. What has they done mistake for such they are fearing and obstruct me to reach the side at where the construction has been made. Also she said supporters and protesters are from every political party. Only BJP is not the protester here. Lastly she said even if Puri MP is in dark regarding the same project profile.

BJP's MP Aparajita Sarangi arrived for foot march but Puri police and state intelegence obstructed her from 4 to 5 km apart from Puri Town entry. She is walking to the destination with her followers. But state government is imposing too pressure to obstruct her and her followers. Other side more protesters are waiting at Srimandir cite. If there is nothing violation why MP Aparajita Sarangi is being obstructed who has raised star question regarding such for Lord Jaggannath.

Lord Jaggannath ''s heritage project is continuing but the authority is not disclosing a project website for the common people to get information and details of project profile, project cost, project pay back. In such consequences center ''s huge neglegence is being overviewed. As per temple balance sheet there is no authority before state government. Other side the entire projects are being performed by the PSUs both banking and non banking (listed). These agencies are liable before parliament but BJP's less interest on such is pushing poors into loss. Who will give dividend to the poors in which way. Where is TATA ''s proxy? Why a project website will not educate in digital environment? People asks. The entire authorities are before central government but why is nexus in politics people are murmuring.

All know act /law has been violated. RTI cleared that yet no permission has been granted from ASI to make any construction in prohibited area. BJP ''s MP Aparajita Sarangi had asked same questions in parliament. Now some NGOs are in favour and others are in against. But in the consequences more constructions have been completed. BJP ''s affiliated NGOs had also raised such issues. But now both BJP and Congress have changed their decisions. But some say for up comming president's election BJP is trying to motivate the BJD to increase Rajya Sabha strength. But people and voters are denouncing more to BJP now in Puri a mass of poverty suffered small business holders have lost their occupation due to heritage corridor project. Some are patting the back of government due to such project but no one is known about the per capita share utilization. Again what benefit will rush to poor no one is explaining.

After independence own people have become looters in Hinduism. Community assets are becoming looters grazing fields. Trust, NGOs are in malice. Those public trustees are acting as members they have become parrot of government. Qurom have become everything which is boosting public officers to do corruptions. Now hugely such are being overviewed in Lord Jaggannath ''s temple. Land mafias, money lenders, hotel business holders have involved in Lord's profession. They are reciting as koyal for the government. Now they are violating acts. They are not clarifing about Lord's ornaments and not clarifying about the missing key. Cores of Lord ''s properties are being looted by those persons. Who will save Lord's ethnicities, heritage, culture ???

RTI cleared that there is no permission by ASI to the state agencies and authorities to construct the heritage corridor in the prohibited area.Khitish Roshan ''s RTI ask educated such. There is malaice by odisha government and temple authorities such has been cleared.

VHP leader Praveen Togadia made glimpse of Lord Jagannath and brifed to media. He said carring capacities developments should be but ethnicities should not be disturbed. The old temple, math mandir shouldn't be demolished. He gave example of Rom he said development have been made in rom but ethnicities have been protected we should learn from the same. Lastly he said road, shelter, medical, waterification these should have for piligrims.

Another wings and some NGOs expressed their support in favour of heritage project. These organizations said they will oppose the rally which will be held on 27th April 2022.Otherside the Puri Gajapati said there is no harm to temple. All should share support for such project. But Jagannath Sena NGO and some other NGOs have announced to do rally on 27th April.

Recently Odisha's chief public officer gave statement in media to give 24 hours electricity. Now for each family minimum Rs 1 k has become electricity bill. For electricity and power n fuel each family is needing Rs 2000 minimum. More families have become the debtors for the TATA company. Similarly each family ''s electric bill arrer burden have crossed Rs 10000. The company is stressing on public and forcibly disconnecting electric supply. In such consequences Odisha's chief public officer is saying 24 hour electric supply. One side government has shrunk the public income other side is saying 24hr electric supply. So how far public will sustain the insanity of public officers. Public will mock at public officers too.
