बिहार में आज 15 अगस्त 2026 से अस्पतालों में नई 'रेफरल नीति' लागू हो गई है। अब साधारण मरीजों को बड़े अस्पतालों में रेफर करने वाले डॉक्टरों पर कार्रवाई होगी। रेफर करने से पहले प्राथमिक उपचार देना होगा और कारण 'भाव्या डिजिटल पोर्टल' पर दर्ज करना जरूरी होगा।

स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर गांधी मैदान से बड़ा ऐलान किया गया है। राज्य में 30 लाख लोगों को नए राशन कार्ड दिए जा चुके हैं और अब बाकी बचे 1 करोड़ पात्र लोगों को भी इस योजना में जोड़ा जाएगा। साथ ही बेटियों की सुरक्षा के लिए 5,000 स्कूटरों के साथ 'पुलिस दीदी' तैनात की जाएंगी।

बिहार कैबिनेट ने 'पीएम सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना' के तहत बड़ा बजट पास किया है। अगर आप घर की छत पर सोलर पैनल लगवाते हैं, तो केंद्र सरकार की छूट के अलावा बिहार सरकार DBT के जरिए ₹10,000 प्रति किलोवाट (अधिकतम ₹20,000) की अतिरिक्त नकद सब्सिडी सीधे आपके खाते में भेजेगी।

ऊर्जा सचिव ने बताया कि बिहार में 92 लाख स्मार्ट मीटर लग चुके हैं जो देश में सबसे ज्यादा हैं। अब स्मार्ट मीटर 'जासूस' की तरह काम कर रहा है—अगर किसी दुकान या घर में रात को अचानक मीटर की रीडिंग में गड़बड़ी दिखी, तो बिजली विभाग के पास तुरंत अलर्ट चला जाएगा और 10 अरब डेटा पॉइंट्स के जरिए चोरी करने वालों पर सीधे कार्रवाई होगी।
