This is me trying to convince my friends only a couple more takes, hang in there, just a couple of more takes before they wanted to kill me for making them hang on my rooftop in the freezing cold while I made an audition tape for Hong Kong 😂

Hope you’re all staying warm out there who’s getting dumped by this hell storm!
Snow days in NYC can absolutely be the worst if you have to work but luckily I was able to get a snow day. I took full advantage of working on my new platform, editing, and wrapping my mind around the fact that I’ll be leaving this beautiful city soon and moving to Hong Kong.
For all my friends out there, let me know in the comments if you’ll be in New York City toward the end of May because that’s when I’ll have a big bash to say goodbye to all you amazing souls.

This was when Therese introduced me to Jenn and Mike who were also fresh to living in Hong Kong from NYC. The combination of their freshness and my 1st time visiting stirred an epic Saturday afternoon filled with bottomless Japanese bunch at Zuma Hong Kong and spontaneously taking over the Hong Kong Carnival that lives between the Victoria Harbour and all the massive financial buildings in Central. This was so much fun and so great meeting new friends taking on new silly adventures. When’s the last time you went to the carnival?

In honor of today’s first day of Holi, here is one of my favorite photos that I’ve ever taken. I met 5 random backpackers from the U.K. during my month traveling in India and decided to go to one of the country’s most sacred cities, Pushkar, to celebrate this beautiful holiday. The absolute insanity, love, and joy I felt from this festival was breathtaking. It was a once in a lifetime experience, sharing this moment with the people of India and my new lifelong friends that I will never forget.

**MAJOR TIP: Cover yourself in coconut oil before holi celebrations if you don’t want to be stained crazy colors for weeks 😅

One of the most YOLO unorthodox decisions I’ve ever made in my life during traveling was to fly to Nepal in the dead of winter from the beautiful beaches of Cambodia to trek the Himalayas. I was only a month into my first trip outside the United States but made the decision to just say YES like Jim Carey from “Yes Man”, all because of my new travel buddy . Shane was a major influence in my life to just say “YOLO” because you never know what was going to happen next. And then we met Gelu , our Sherpa, who enhanced that experience ten fold. If I would have never taken a chance on Shane or trusted Gelu to show us the experience of a lifetime, a big part of who am I now would have never existed. People Make The Places.

What was meant to be a casual beach day in Cartagena, Colombia with some amazing friends that Dan, Amir, and I met at our hostel turned into a “what the hell is actually happening?!” moment where we ended up at a random island where it was COLOMBIA YACHT WEEK. It was an island where people rocked up with their boats and just had the time of their lives mingling with other, eating fresh caught seafood in the water, and spreading good vibes. We met amazing people while we were there and particularly this savage group of individuals who really took that experience next level. If we would have never met Angela at that hostel who found out about that island and met those guys on that island, the whole day would have been another blah day at the beach. This was a moment.
