Nepal was never just a destination on my travel list—it has been a dream I’ve carried in my heart for years. As someone who loves mountains, travelling and adventure, Nepal has always fascinated me in a way I can’t fully explain. So watching parts of my dream destination suffer and get devastated right in front of my eyes feels deeply heartbreaking. 💔🏔️
On 26 August 2026, a devastating disaster struck areas around the Nepal–Tibet border, including parts of Rasuwa District and the surrounding Himalayan region. The destruction has affected many communities, leaving more than hundreds of people and families impacted, while homes, roads, bridges and entire livelihoods have suffered immense damage. Seeing innocent lives and families lose the places they once called home is truly heartbreaking.
My heart is with Nepal and every person affected by this tragedy. 🇳🇵💔
