This year didn’t go the way I planned.
Some goals stayed unfinished.
Some big projects I believed in quietly fell apart.

For a while, that felt like failure.

But life had other lessons waiting—
unexpected opportunities, slower progress,
and growth that didn’t need permission from my plans.

I’m still determined.
Still choosing effort over excuses.
Still believing something meaningful is unfolding,
even if the timeline looks different.

I end this year not with resolutions,
but with gratitude—for what worked,
for what didn’t,
and for the strength I found in between.

If your year feels incomplete yet meaningful,
you’re not behind.
You’re becoming.

It was an honour to be invited as a Trainer for the Lions Club Leadership Program, engaging with some of the most dynamic and accomplished leaders of our community.

Lions are the leaders shaping today, driving real impact through their commitment to service, integrity, and humanity.

I loved to shared powerful insights on leadership, clarity, and personal excellence — empowering leaders to align their influence with even greater purpose.

Grateful to the Lions Club for the trust and opportunity to contribute to an organisation that truly exemplifies the spirit of We Serve.

Thanking District Governor Lion Vijay Agrawal, VDG-I Lion Ripudaman Pusri, VDG-II Lion Pawan Malik, Coordinator Lion Dr Niranjan Haritwal and President Lions Club Raipur Senior.

On this World Menstrual Day, I remember the year 2019 when I proudly served JCI India as a PRAYAS Ambassador for awareness of Menstrual Hygiene.

let’s break the silence and shatter the stigma surrounding periods.

Menstruation is a natural and vital part of life, yet millions suffer due to shame and lack of access to basic hygiene.

It’s time to have open conversations, educate, and empower.

Let’s ensure menstrual equity for all, regardless of socioeconomic status, or location.

Periods should never hold anyone back from reaching their full potential.

Together, we can create a world where menstruation is celebrated, understood, and supported.

Let’s talk period, because every voice matters, and every period deserves respect.
