All ZEOs are hereby strictly directed not to allow the movement of any Mobile School from its current location without obtaining prior written permission from the office of the Chief Education Officer, Rajouri.

No Mobile School shall be allowed to move without prior approval from this office. Any violation of this directive will be viewed seriously and shall invite strict disciplinary action.

Furthermore, in cases where movement is being proposed, the concerned ZEO must submit the following details in hard copy at the CEO Office, Rajouri, well in advance:

1. Name and location of the Mobile School where moving.
2. Name and designations of staff members accompanying the students.
3. List of students moving.

بڑے افسوس سے کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ اج بھی ہمارے ملک میں جمہوریت کا جنازہ نکال کر رکھا ہے ایک پریوار کے تین بچے غائب ہو جاتے ہیں جن میں سے دو کی لاشیں ملتی ہیں اور پری ور کے لوگ انصاف کی مانگ کرنے کے لیے روڈ پہ اکٹھے ہوتے ہیں اور ال افیسر ان کو جوتوں سے مارتا ہے جمہوریت کا جنازہ نکال کر رکھا ہے
