When Bruno Soares first shared images of this hybrid, there was worldwide interest. Two pet birds, a Blue-fronted Amazon Amazona aestiva and a Blue and Gold Macaw Ara ararauna kept as pets mated and produced this very unique hybrid. There was not intent on breeding them; nature decided on its own that these two birds would reproduce. The bird is now mature. Muito obrigado for allowing me to share the photo Bruno.

In France there is an incredible breeder who produces some truly spectacular mutation amazons. These are lutino and aquamarine Blue-fronts Amazons aestiva. His name is Emmanuel Naulleau. I thank him for letting me share this photo.
