// I’ve seen a ton of creatives call it quits, even when they’re making strides.

The issue is they see exploration and experimentation as wasted time. Most full-time creative bosses go through three stages:

1. They want to make it in the online world or be the boss of their own life.
2.They figure out what their “thing” is.
3.They work hard to make a living doing that thing.

Society has brainwashed us to think that once we have the ASPIRATION (step 1), it’s all downhill from there. We’ll soon figure out our WHAT (step 2) and then it’s smooth sailing to (step 3) success.

But let’s be real, most people don’t know what they want right out of the gate. It took me almost four years to figure out my “thing.” And by figuring it out, I mean rolling up my sleeves and experimenting, not just daydreaming without taking action.

So, listen up! Here’s the deal: please don’t think of tinkering and trying new things as a waste of time. You can switch gears and try something new, but never give up on the dream.

This takes me back to the “build in public” hustlers who share their journey, even if they don’t know what the heck they’re doing. Now that’s what I call fearless!
