Within us, the Sushumna Nadi is in a dormant state,
and the path to awaken it is very simple.

Sit daily…

Inhale from the left nostril, exhale from the right…
Without holding the breath, without forcing it…

Just practice it regularly for one month,
then observe—
the mind will start becoming calm,
and you will feel something changing within.

There is no miracle in sadhana,
consistency itself is the biggest miracle.

Two points to press when your brain feels like it’s buffering.

In Chinese medicine, DU26 and REN24 sit along the channels that run through the face and down the midline of the body, traditionally linked with alertness and mental clarity.

• DU26: In the groove between your nose and upper lip, dead centre.

• REN24: In the small dip just below your bottom lip, above the chin.

Press both points together for 30–60 seconds. Repeat 2–3 times a day, or any time you need a quick reset.

साधना कोई बड़ी चीज़ नहीं है, बस निरंतरता चाहिए।
हमारे भीतर सुषुम्ना नाड़ी सुप्त अवस्था में है,
और उसे जागृत करने का मार्ग बहुत सरल है।

रोज बैठिए…

बाएँ से श्वास लीजिए, दाहिने से छोड़िए…
बिना रोके, बिना जोर लगाए…

बस एक महीने तक नियमित कर लीजिए,
फिर देखिए—
मन शांत होने लगेगा,
और भीतर कुछ बदलता हुआ अनुभव होगा।

साधना में चमत्कार नहीं,
