It was an honor to have met the Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India - Japan Mr. R. Madhu Sudan, and other esteemed dignitaries after my historic attempt as the first Indian woman to attempt crossing the Tsugaru Strait. I extend my sincere gratitude to the SDO, Ma'am, Kalna, for taking the commendable initiative to connect with the Embassy. Although the challenging Tsugaru Strait did not let me complete the attempt this time, I am proud to have been the first Indian woman to undertake it and to stand as the first Indian female swimmer to have conquered six of the world's seas. I thank the Embassy of India for acknowledging the determination, perseverance, and sportsmanship displayed. The journey continues.

ওশেনস সেভেন (Ocean's Seven) চ্যালেঞ্জের প্রথম ৬টা অত্যন্ত বিপজ্জনক চ্যানেল প্রথমবারেই সফলভাবে পার করার পর, এই প্রথমবার সুগারু স্ট্রেইট (Tsugaru Strait)-এ এসে থমকে যেতে হলো। এটাই প্রথমবার, যখন আমি কোনো চ্যানেল শেষ না করে ফিরছি।
পৃথিবীর সবথেকে মারাত্মক আর প্রতিকূল ৬টা চ্যানেল ব্যাক-টু-ব্যাক পার করাটা এক চরম অগ্নিপরীক্ষা ছিল। প্রতিটা মুহূর্ত ছিল হাড়কাঁপানো ঠান্ডা, জেলিফিশের কামড় আর মারাত্মক স্রোতের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই। প্রতিবারই জেদ আর অনুশীলনের জোরে জয়ী হয়েছিলাম বলে হয়তো কাজটা সহজ মনে হয়েছিল, কিন্তু আসলে তা ছিল না।
আজ সুগারু স্ট্রেইটের মাঝ-সমুদ্রে সাঁতার থামিয়ে বোটে উঠে আসার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়াটা যে কতটা কঠিন আর কষ্টের ছিল, তা ভাষায় প্রকাশ করা যায় না। কিন্তু অ্যাডভেঞ্চার স্পোর্টসের আসল সত্যিটা হলো আমাদের লড়াইটা সবসময় প্রকৃতির সাথে। আর মানুষ হিসেবে আমরা কখনোই প্রকৃতিকে হারাতে পারি না।
প্রকৃতির এই শক্তিকে সম্মান জানানোই একজন প্রকৃত স্পোর্টসম্যানের পরিচয় বলে আমি মনে করি।
আগের ৬টা চ্যানেলের সাফল্য যেমন আমার কঠোর পরিশ্রমের ফসল ছিল, আজকের এই ফিরে আসাটাও প্রকৃতির এক চরম শিক্ষা। মানুষ প্রকৃতির ওপর কখনোই জয়ী হতে পারে না, আমাদের কেবল তার সামনে মাথা নত করতে হয় এবং নিজেকে আরও যোগ্য করে তুলতে হয়।
আপনাদের সবার ভালোবাসা আর আশীর্বাদ সবসময় আমার সাথে আছে, এটাই আমার সবথেকে বড় শক্তি।

Today sayani's swim started at 4:12 am and she aborted the swim at 11:50 am.
She fought with the turbulent cold water for 7 hours 38 minutes.

This is the last video before Sayani was pulled from the Tsugaru Strait. Now she is stable.

Sayani could not finish Tsugaru Strait.Today the weather also did not support Sayani. She is stable now.
She'll come back next year and make it happen 🙏
