A revised hostel allotment policy has been finalized following discussions among the Deputy GSHA, DOSW, and ADOSW. Beginning from the upcoming academic year, the student body will no longer be involved in the allotment process.

Hostels will now be allotted based on the distance from respective departments and the overall feasibility for students.

Our college has lost three students to su***de in the past year- the most recent tragedy happening a few days ago. We grieve. We stand in solidarity.

Through this post we raise questions to those responsible for student welfare regarding the immediate actions they took. Watch Out! has also formally reached out to the Students’ Affairs Council through emails for clarity and accountability expecting sincere and timely response. We deeply respect the privacy of those affected, but we cannot look away, not anymore.
