My mind seems to be my enemy. When I go far and far beyond the mind, mind has no meaning. It is the situational event in which I am. I fall, rise and this rise and fall will continue . When we control our body by actions coming from the mind in our thoughts, we are in the real path. The real path is a controlled path. This control will put us in the path of spirituality. A worldly person who aspire to be spiritual, but cannot, due to his attachments with the present world, can also tread the spiritual path by controlling the worldly affairs.
