🌳🌳🌲🌿✨ Van Mahotsav & Wildlife Conservation Week Celebration 🐘🐅🦒🐆🦌🐐at G.M.S.S.S. Ghanahatti ✨🌿
Date: 6th October 2025 📍

Government Model Senior Secondary School, Ghanahatti Under the Wildlife Conservation Week, an Inter-House Quiz and Painting Competition was organized in collaboration with the Forest Department at G.M.S.S.S. Ghanahatti to spread awareness about the importance of forests and wildlife among students. The programme was graced by Forest Officer Mr. Diwakar Sharma, Range Officer (Ghanahatti), and Block Officer Mr. Kamal Thakur, along with other officials from the Forest Department. Their presence inspired students to contribute actively towards nature and wildlife conservation. The competitions were coordinates by Mrs. Kamini Sharma (NSS Officer/lect.Economics) and Mr. Rajinder Sharma( Lect. Maths) who conducted the quiz events successfully. Students from all houses participated enthusiastically, showing their talent, creativity, and awareness about the environment.

✨ Students in Action at Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) ✨ Today, the students of GMSSS Ghanahatti enthusiastically performed various innovative activities in the ATL Lab under the guidance of Mr. Neel Kamal (Lecturer Physics). 🛠️🤖💡 From robotics to creative models, they explored new ideas and showcased teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. 🌟👏 A special appreciation to Mr. Neel Kamal for motivating and mentoring the students towards innovation and creativity. 🙏🌟 📸 Glimpses from the ATL activities 🎉👍💻

📢 राजकीय आदर्श वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला घनाहट्टी

आज विद्यालय में एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत हिमाचल और केरल के व्यंजनों की प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। 🍲✨

इस प्रदर्शनी में सभी विद्यार्थियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया और पारंपरिक व्यंजन तैयार किए। नोडल अधिकारी श्रीमती वीना गौर ने बताया कि बच्चों ने हिमाचली व्यंजनों में पटांडे खीर, मालपुड़े, लुशके, घी-शक्कर, रायता, अश्कलू, कोफ्ते, राजमा चावल, बटूरू, मटर पनीर, सिड्डू आदि बनाए। वहीं केरल के व्यंजनों में इडली, सांभर-वड़ा, डोसा, उपमा, उत्तपम, अप्पे, नारियल चटनी, टमाटर चटनी जैसे स्वादिष्ट पकवान तैयार किए गए।

सभी ने इन व्यंजनों का भरपूर आनंद लिया और विद्यार्थियों ने विशेष रूप से केरल के भोजन को विस्तार से जाना और समझा। 🌿🍛

इस अवसर पर कार्यकारी प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमती रेखा ठाकुर ने विद्यार्थियों का उत्साह बढ़ाया और कहा कि इस तरह की गतिविधियाँ बच्चों को देश की विविध संस्कृति से जोड़ती हैं।

समस्त विद्यालय स्टाफ इस कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित रहा और प्रदर्शनी को सफल बनाया। 🎉

🎉 NSS Raising Day Celebration at GMSSS Ghanahatti 🎉

Today 24th, September 2025, our school proudly celebrated NSS Raising Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and staff. 🌟

👩‍🏫 NSS Officers Smt. Kamini Sharma and Shri Amar Chand addressed the gathering and delivered inspiring speeches on the importance of the National Service Scheme. They highlighted how NSS develops discipline, leadership qualities, and a spirit of social responsibility among youth.

🏅 On this occasion, our dedicated NSS volunteer Srishti was honoured for her Best NSS Service. Her contribution and commitment to community service set an example for other volunteers. 👏✨

🎤 Principal Smt. Kanta Thakur also addressed the students and encouraged them to imbibe the NSS motto “Not Me But You” in their lives. She appreciated the efforts of the NSS unit and motivated everyone to actively participate in social service activities.

✨The program concluded with a pledge taken by all volunteers to continue serving society with dedication, responsibility, and compassion. 💥

इस अवसर पर सभी छात्रों ने संकल्प लिया कि वे अपने विद्यालय, घर और आसपास के वातावरण को स्वच्छ रखेंगे तथा दूसरों को भी स्वच्छता के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।

📢 📢 GMSSS Ghanahatti – NSS Activity Report

आज राजकीय आदर्श वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय घनाहट्टी में NSS Volunteers द्वारा एक One Day Cleanliness Camp आयोजित किया गया। 🌿✨

इस अभियान के अंतर्गत छात्रों ने पूरे school campus तथा बाहरी परिसर को साफ किया और सभी को यह संदेश दिया कि “Clean Campus, Green Campus” स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए आवश्यक है। 🧹🌱

यह कार्यक्रम NSS Officer Sh. Amar Chand (Lecturer English) and Smt. Kamini Sharma ( Lecturer Economic) and School Principal Smt Kanta Thakur के मार्गदर्शन में सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। 🙏

विद्यार्थियों ने बड़े उत्साह और टीमवर्क के साथ भाग लिया। ऐसे कार्यक्रम न केवल स्वच्छता का महत्व समझाते हैं बल्कि सभी को इसे daily habit बनाने के लिए प्रेरित भी करते हैं। 👏👏
