Horrific accident! Lorry and Bolero collide, 9 killed

A terrible accident on the way back from a wedding. Nine people died in a head-on collision between a lorry and a Bolero. The accident took place on Friday in Balrampur, Purulia, West Bengal. - *Faster Transaction Confirmations*: Transaction confirmation time has been slashed from 30 seconds to 10-15 seconds, making payments quicker and more efficient.
- *Improved Payment Status Checks*: Banks and payment apps can now check transaction status in 10 seconds, down from 30 seconds. For pending transactions, they can initiate checks between 45-60 seconds after transaction initiation.
- *Streamlined API Usage*: NPCI has introduced strict rules for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and acquiring banks to manage API usage, including:
- *Balance Enquiry*: Limited to 50 times per user per day, only user-initiated.
- *List Keys*: Once per PSP per day, during non-peak hours.
- *List Account*: Capped at 25 times per user per day, after selecting the bank.
- *Check Transaction Status*: Maximum 3 attempts within 2 hours.
