🚨Cloudburst in Chamoli's Niti Valley wreaks havoc, washing away vehicles and valley bridge

Horrifying video has emerged of the devastation caused by a cloudburst in the Niti Valley of Chamoli district. Three consecutive cloudbursts in the Tamak ravine caused a sudden flood of water.

Many vehicles were swept away by the strong current, while the valley bridge built by BRO was also swept away by the strong current of water.

The bridge was washed away, disrupting road connectivity between the Niti Valley and the district headquarters. A BRO operator was reported missing following the incident.

According to Joshimath's Sub-District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Vashishtha, he had a telephonic conversation with the BRO Major, in which he was informed about the disappearance of an operator.

The Assam floods have left behind countless stories of pain, but few are as heartbreaking as that of 13-year-old Ridip. According to reports, the young boy was swept away by floodwaters while trying to save his beloved dog during the devastating floods in Upper Assam.

Days later, an emotional scene touched thousands of hearts-the dog was seen standing quietly beside Ridip's framed photograph, a silent reminder of the bond they shared. The image has resonated across Assam, leaving many in tears and highlighting the unconditional love between humans and their pets.

As flood-affected families continue to rebuild their lives, stories like Ridip's remind us of the immense human cost of this disaster and the courage shown even by the youngest among us.

Abhishek Malhan, popularly known as Fukra Insaan, visited the flood-affected areas of Assam to show the real situation on the ground and provide an update on how the funds raised through his relief campaign are being used. Instead of only distributing emergency aid, the initiative has now moved towards helping families rebuild their lives after the devastating floods.

During the visit, Abhishek highlighted the condition of several homes that were completely destroyed by floodwaters. Working with a partner organization represented by Raunak, the team has taken responsibility for rebuilding permanent houses for affected families. In the Simaluguri area alone, seven houses are being constructed, with each house taking around three days to complete. The entire project is expected to be finished within approximately 15 days.

⚠ī¸ Suspected Theft Attempt Near Kabuganj, Aizawl Road, Cachar, Assam

Probable attempt to steal cows. Two unidentified individuals entered a residential property at night, broke the lock of a storehouse, but nothing was stolen.

Multiple CCTV footages show them inspecting the cow shed and hiding whenever vehicles passed on the road.
