Topic- "Privatisation of medical education. Bane or boon?"

Time: 11:30 am
Venue: Auditorium

Rules:
1. A minimum of 4 participants (2 for and 2 against the motion) is compulsory from each batch.
2. Every speaker will be given 4 minutes to speak. Another minute will be provided for both the benches to conclude or rebutt.
3. Marks will be deducted if any team fails to fulfill the minimum number of participants.
4. Names to be submitted on or before 9th March, 2015 to Ahuvya Daniel, Surjyatapa Bhattacharjee or Bordoloi Sarma Anupam.
