Remembering the master innovator on his birth anniversary.🙏
He's been a revolutionary force in Indian music, one of the luminous stars in the world of music , R.D.Burman fondly known as Pancham made us grin, chuckle, weep and fall in love with his phenomenal music... a virtuoso whose crafted musical ocean has songs for every season and every reason.
Where we heard noise, this man heard rhythm,..a cadence so fascinating that it made an indelible place in our hearts. He heard and churned music from every little thing. That was his speciality. That was his incredible brilliance as a singer and music composer which made him orchestrate a legacy that remains unparalleled, a legacy that's utterly exemplary. A legacy which undoubtedly ensured him a place among the greatest of the greats . No wonder, his incredibly rich repertoire of work remains as a treasure trove for all music lovers.
Fortunate to have grown up on the songs he created , to be born in his era of musical glory. His creations has given and still gives an overwhelming emotion that is inexplicable. Each and every composition has its own beauty, each song speaks directly to the heart, each one leaves the listener in a trance. There is so much to admire, to learn and even more to appreciate. Needless to say, his golden compositions took the Bengali and Hindi film music to stellar heights.

Yes, thats the magical power of his compositions. And that's how the genius lives onn...in our hearts...through his rhythm, through his sounds, through his incredibly amazing creations ❤
