⭕ असम और पूर्वोत्तर के कई राज्यों में पिछले कुछ दिनों से लगातार और अनियमित बारिश के कारण अरुणाचल प्रदेश के चांगलांग जिले के कई इलाकों में भयंकर बाढ़ का रूप लेती नज़र आ रही है। प्रभावित इलाकों में चांगलांग का खारशांग भी शामिल है, जहां बालिनोंग में स्थित एकमात्र औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (आईटीआई) बूढ़ी दिहिंग नदी के बढ़ते पानी में बह गया है। इस घटना से छात्रों और स्थानीय लोगों में दहशत फैल गई है। चांगलांग, लोंगडिंग और तिरप जिलों में भारी बारिश के कारण खतरे के चलते चांगलांग जिला प्रशासन ने हाई अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है।

According to the direction of the Uplifting Authority, mock drill means disaster rehearsal will be held at two locations of Tinsukia district today at 4 pm. This rehearsal will be done regarding the precautionary air strike by the Digboi reform campus and Tinsukia city police station Chariali. However, from this rehearsal, the hospital and the main rehearsal will be kept outside. The district administration has taken action to complete this rehearsal through full coordination of all departments of Civil Defense Department, Disaster Management Department, Police, Health, Municipality, Energy Department etc.
