Itโs already past 9:15 AM, yet the sample collection counter remains unopened, leaving dozens of patientsโmany elderly and severely illโwaiting in the heat without any clear communication. While infrastructure expansion is often highlighted in government reports, the ground reality for ordinary citizens tells a very different story.
Systemic delays, lack of staff punctuality, and inadequate crowd management continue to strain public medical facilities. Urgent attention and strict accountability from the administration are needed to ensure basic healthcare services are delivered efficiently and with dignity.
