This is the tragic human cost of reckless and irresponsible construction. Such projects can endanger the lives of millions, destroy homes and livelihoods, and tear families apart by snatching loved ones away forever.
Development can never come at the cost of human lives. Those responsible for decisions that put millions at risk must be held accountable. The world cannot remain silent while innocent people pay the price for reckless engineering and inadequate regard for human safety.
