Investiture Ceremony 2025
MRA DAV Public School, Solan witnessed a moment of pride and celebration as it hosted its Investiture Ceremony, a formal occasion where leadership roles were ceremonially conferred upon the newly elected members of the student council, by the principal, Mrs. Masooma Singha.
The event commenced with a grand parade led by the newly appointed Head Boy, Nishant Sharma and Head Girl, Gunnika Hans, setting the tone for the day. Parents and family members of the council members were present, beaming with pride as their children stepped into roles of responsibility.
One by one, the council members were called to receive their sashes and badges, symbols of their posts and duties. Nishant Sharma, the Head Boy was entrusted with the school flag, a symbol of unity and honor, while the House Captains were presented with their respective house flags, signifying the beginning of their leadership journey.
Gunnika Hans, the Head Girl, then took to the podium to lead the oath-taking ceremony, pledging along with the council to uphold the school’s values, adhere to its rules, and lead with integrity, pride, and commitment.
Inspiring words from Mrs. Masooma Singha, the school principal followed, encouraging the young leaders to serve with dedication and lead by example. The event concluded with group photographs capturing the proud moments shared by students, parents, and faculty, followed by high tea.
The ceremony not only instilled a sense of duty and leadership among the students but also served as a reminder of the trust the school places in its future leaders.
