FAQ about exhibition or why to participate in exhibition :-
1. It’s our 4th exhibition , in our last exhibition we have a on record crowd of more then 1500 visitors a day.
2. Exhibition will be on one day only I.e Sunday, 21st October 2018 (single day exhibition).
3. Timmings will be 11 am to 6 pm
4. Centerally air conditioning hall will be provided.
5. exhibiton in close proximity time of Diwali & karwa chauth so everyone is out shopping so u can showcase your products & use the best out of it ...
6. Big Media coverage for the exhibition will be done among the sonipat distt (news paper advertisement, hoarding in-arnd town, news article on all leading newspapers before & aftr the event, advertisement in max cinema , pamphlets in newspapers, electronics coverage : Facebook, what’s app etc)
7. In very low price you can instantly promote your brand & show case your products to the untouch public of city.
8. Get ur brand an instant promotional lift.
9. Very innovative platform for business woman’s who wish to start there new entrepreneurs work from home ...
10. also a platform for existing woman’s who are working from home but don’t have high budget to reach the masses & promote there products or company .
11. Complimentary items :- 2 big water bottles (1 ltr each), 2 lanyard of the participating company & company name on stall, 2 lunch packets or coupon worth 200/- (lunch time) & 2 cups of tea/coffee with cookies (evening snacks),
12. For all : certificate of participation, photograph of there stall, groups photograph will be provide to the participants.
FAQ about cover stalls :-
1. Cover stall will be cover from 3 side provide 100% privacy & safety of goods to the participants.
2. Cover stalls will be given premier location.
3. In Cover stalls 3 focus lights, 1 table , 3 chairs will be provided
4. In cover stalls Participants will be able to brand there company for e.g: can paste there company big flex, venyl, poster, images, photograph of products etc....
5. Price for cover stall with size is 3*2 mtrs : will be 8000/- per stall.
6. If they want a bigger stall they can take two stalls & we can club them together & discount of 10% will be provided to them I.e it will cost then 15000/-
7. Aftr making any form payment please recieve a original receipt from utsav
FAQ about open stalls :
1. Want to save money (but no privacy & safety of your material will be not be guaranteed as it’s open from all side: we will provide just a open table with chair (like old time ) : cost will be 6000/- per table & size will be same (3*3)
2. We will give one table & 3 chairs on each stall (wether cover stall or uncover stall).
3. Aftr making any form payment please recieve a original receipt from utsav
FAQ about payment :-
1. Minimum Booking amount is 50% of total sum, stalls will not be booked on any part payment.
2. Final amount to be paid atleast a week prior to the exhibition date.
3. Only aftr complete payment the stall number & location will be provided & uploaded in Utsav records.
