اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسان کو:

✨ عقل، دل، احساس، تخلیق کی طاقت اور ارادہ دیا ہے
✨ جس سے انسان سوچ سکتا ہے، محبت کر سکتا ہے، رو سکتا ہے، ہنس سکتا ہے، معاف کر سکتا ہے، دعا کر سکتا ہے
✨ اور زندگی کے سب رنگوں کو جینے کا فن رکھتا ہے۔

AI قیامت تک جتنا بھی طاقتور ہو جائے، یہ:

❌ محبت کی حرارت محسوس نہیں کر سکتی
❌ دل کی دھڑکن کو نہیں جان سکتی
❌ اللہ کے آگے عاجزی اور سجدے کی کیفیت کو نہیں پا سکتی
❌ آنسو کے خلوص کو نہیں جان سکتی
❌ اللہ سے دعا کر کے سکون حاصل نہیں کر سکتی

A passenger plane carrying 49 people crashed in Russia's Amur region, resulting in no reported survivors. The aircraft, an Antonov-24 operated by Angara Airlines, was flying from Blagoveshchensk to Tynda near the China border. On board were 43 passengers, including five children, and six crew members. The plane disappeared from radar during its approach to land, and the wreckage was found on fire approximately 15-16 kilometers from Tynda. Preliminary assessments indicate that crew error during landing in poor visibility or possible malfunction may have caused the crash. Rescue operations are currently underway, and a criminal investigation has been initiated into the incident.

When a doctor refuses to treat a dying patient, it's not just inhuman — it's a legal offense.

⚖️ Legal Consequences of Medical Negligence or Refusal:

1. Negligence — IPC Section 304A: ➤ If a patient dies due to a doctor’s carelessness:
➤ Punishment: Up to 2 years imprisonment, fine, or both.

2. Intentional Refusal to Treat: ➤ As per Indian Medical Council Regulations, 2002:
➤ Doctor’s license can be suspended or canceled.

3. Doctors' Strike: ➤ If emergency services are affected:
➤ Under Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA):
➤ Punishment: Up to 6 months imprisonment, fine, or both.
➤ Also liable for Contempt of Court if defying court orders.

📣 Remember! A doctor is bound to save lives, regardless of situation. If they refuse, you have the legal right to file a complaint and seek justice.
