In a heart-wrenching plea, the family of one-year-old Eyad Ibn Aamir from Natipora, Srinagar, has appealed for public help to save their only son who is battling acute leukemia (blood cancer) at the State Cancer Institute, SKIMS Soura.

Eyad, the son of Aamir Farooq, was recently diagnosed with the life-threatening disease, leaving the family in distress and struggling to bear the mounting medical expenses. A letter issued by Salfia Masjid, Mehjoor Nagar, has confirmed the child’s condition and urged the community to come forward with financial support.

“Eyad is fighting for his life. We have exhausted all our resources, and his treatment requires continuous support,” said one of his family members.
