Some people have already written their verdict about you before you even spoke 🔥 No matter what you do, how much you grow, or how hard you try, they will find a way to dismiss you. Psychologists call this "confirmation bias" — once someone forms an opinion, their brain actively filters reality to protect that belief. You are not failing to convince them. Their mind is simply closed.
Research from Stanford University shows that people rarely update deeply held beliefs about others, even when faced with clear evidence. Continuing to seek validation from these people does not change their minds. It only drains your spirit and delays your own progress 💡 Your energy is a resource. Spend it where it is received, respected, and returned. The right people will never need convincing.
