Police Station Pahalgam apprehended eight persons, all residents of Srinagar, who were found indulging in ga-m—bling activities on the banks of Lidder Nallah at Laripora, Pahalgam.

The apprehended persons have been identified as Bilal Ahmad Bhat S/o Gh. Rasool Bhat R/o Guzarbal Chatabal; Danish Amin Khan S/o Mohd Amin Khan R/o Syed Hameed Pora Nawabazar; Aabid Hassan Najar S/o Gh. A mobile phone finished a family within seconds.

Kunal was 19 years old.

He went up a hill in the Tisgaon area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar after an argument with his parents over his demand for a new mobile phone.

His parents followed him and tried to convince him to come back. Police also reached the spot. When Kunal moved closer to the edge, his father went towards him to calm him down. Kunal then jumped. His father tried to save him but also fell from the hill.

After seeing her husband and son fall, Kunal's mother also jumped from the hill.

All 3 died. A family of three was lost within minutes.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that it reportedly began with an argument over a new mobile phone.

Every family has its own struggles, and sometimes parents may not be in a position to provide everything their children want. Children also need to understand their parents' situation.

No phone is worth a life. If a disagreement over something temporary can end in the loss of three lives, we need to ask ourselves where we have failed as a society.

🚨 SHAMEFUL & HORRIFIC CRIME IN KISHTWAR

A deeply disturbing case has come to light in Kishtwar, where a 14-year-old tribal girl was allegedly subjected to sexual assault and murdered.

If the allegations are established through investigation and trial, the accused must face the strictest punishment under the law. Such a heinous crime against a child cannot be ignored.

Justice must be delivered. The victim and her family deserve justice.
