Mashkoor Ahmad of Marwah Shines Through NCC and Community Service.

Kishtwar, September 5, 2025– In a heartening story of youth leadership and community dedication, Mashkoor Ahmad, a resident of Pathgam, Marwah in Kishtwar district, is making notable strides in both academics and social service. Currently a student at Amar Singh College, Srinagar, Mashkoor has emerged as a role model for his peers through his active participation in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and various community welfare initiatives.

Hafiz Mohammad Rafiq Doda is a respected Islamic scholar and religious preacher hailing from District Doda, Jammu & Kashmir. He has dedicated his life to the service of Islam and the community. A Hafiz-e-Qur’an, he possesses deep knowledge of the Holy Qur’an and Islamic teachings.
