Baramulla, September 9, 2025:
The 4th Annual Urs Mubarak of Faqeer Ghulam Mohammad Khwaja Mukhlis Maqbool Sahib (RA), a revered spiritual figure and resident of Mamoosa, Pattan, Baramulla, will be observed on Monday, September 15, 2025.

The commemoration will be hosted at the family residence in Mamoosa, where Khawaja Uzair, the spiritual successor of Maqbool Sahib, will preside over the gathering. The Urs is expected to draw devotees, followers, and admirers of the Prophet ο·Ί from across the region.

As part of the day-long program, the renowned vocalist Ghulam Muhammad Bulbul Sahib will present kalaam dedicated to Faqeer Maqbool Sahib, along with verses from other distinguished saints and poets. The spiritual atmosphere will be marked by devotional recitations, prayers, and soulful renditions celebrating the legacy of the revered saint.

Budgam, Sept 7:
On the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), a spiritual conference was held at the residence of Faqeer Ghulam Mohammad Lone Sahab, a distinguished disciple of Faqeer Abdul Rehman Sadah (RA), popularly known as Sadah Rehman (RA).

The gathering featured Mehfil-e-Sama, Khamaat-ul-Mazameer, Darood-o-Azkaar, and special prayers, conducted with great devotion. A large number of devotees participated in the congregation, seeking spiritual blessings and taking part in the collective remembrance of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Faqeer Lone Sahab has been conducting this spiritual gathering annually on Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), which marks the blessed birth of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal as per the Islamic calendar.

The message of the conference emphasized love, harmony, unity, and the spreading of humanity, which form the core values of Sufism and teachings of Sufi saints in particular.

Pulwama, September 1, 2025 β€” The serene village of Babgaam in Pulwama turned into a center of devotion and harmony as thousands of devotees gathered to observe the Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Moomin Soub Shah (RA). The annual commemoration, stretching across three days, was marked by prayers, soulful gatherings, and traditional expressions of Kashmiri Sufi culture.

The observance began on the evening of August 31, 2025, when the shrine of Hazrat Moomin Shah (RA) echoed with Khatmaat-ul-Mazmoomat, Durood-o-Azkaar, sermons (Waaz-o-Tableegh), and prayers. In the flicker of oil lamps and the rhythm of whispered invocations, devotees found themselves drawn closer to the saint’s path of spiritual surrender.

On September 1, the heart of the Urs unfolded with a Mehfil-e-Sama at Ziyarat Shareef. Organized by the Academy of Art and Cultural Languages in collaboration with the Kashmir Gulokar Society, the gathering resonated with the sounds of Sufi music and recitations. Each note seemed to carry the timeless message of Hazrat Moomin Soub Shah (RA)β€”a message of love, harmony, and unity that transcends divisions.

The celebrations reached their traditional peak on September 2, when devotees performed Dhamali with reverence and passion. This rhythmic spiritual dance, deeply rooted in Kashmir’s Sufi tradition, embodied both devotion and joy. The Urs also evoked the memory of towering Kashmiri mystic poets such as Karam Buland Sahab, a disciple of Hazrat Moomin Shah (RA), as well as Sochh Kral, Mohammad Ghami, and Ibrahim Sahab. Their verses, inspired by the same spiritual lineage, were remembered as part of the living tradition that continues to guide hearts across generations.

Amid the gatherings, devotees recalled the saint’s enduring poetry, which reflects his renunciation of worldly comforts in pursuit of divine love. His celebrated verses include:

β€œSue bulbullah rach panjras manz yous neh mare zah,
Soue Bool Basha booz kanoue youe neh khrye zah.”

and

β€œYeali aseh husnas shorat Mastaan Banan ketha,
Yehli aseh rehabeer e kamil dewaneh banan keeta.”

These lines, still recited with reverence, carry the fragrance of Kashmiri Sufismβ€”a fragrance of surrender, intoxication with the Divine, and timeless beauty.
