Bandipora, September 19:-Bhartiya Janta Party BJP senior leader and party general secretary Shri Ashok Koul on Friday visited Bandipora and participated in a plantation drive organized under the banner of Seva Parv Week. The initiative was part of a series of programs being held across Jammu and Kashmir to mark the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Ashok Koul was accompanied by Bandipora Prabhari Rafiq Wani, district president Mudasir Farooq Jaan, along with several other senior party leaders and workers.

Koul assured that the Central Government would soon announce a relief package for those affected. “The package will be sent to the state government for distribution, ensuring that every affected group receives support,” he added.

When asked about the Srinagar–Bandipora road, Koul expressed optimism, saying, “Gradually, all roads are being improved, and this one will also be completed.”
